At The Ferns is open-year round. Send a booking and we will respond promptly.

Bed & Breakfast There is one guest room, with a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom and private entry from your own deck. Daily tariff $165-$185 double. To secure a bed and breakfast booking we will require your credit card details, should you need to cancel with less than 48 hours' notice we reserve the right to charge for one night's accommodation. The self contained cottage living room with kitchenette.	Self Contained Cottage The cottage has one bedroom with a queen and a single bed, open plan living room and covered deck with gas barbeque and outdoor furniture. Daily tariff $145-$165 for 2. Stay 6 nights and the 7th night is free (not during school holidays). To secure a self contained cottage booking we require a deposit of 50% of the rental. The balance of the rental should be paid 7 days before the start of the tenancy. Should you need to cancel with less than 7 days' notice we reserve the right to retain your deposit.
